On Thursday December 13th the Future Fisherman Foundation will offer a “Second Chance Auction” for those who missed the annual event held just before Thanksgiving.

“With the success of our annual auction event, we have had a few additional captains come forward and offer some exciting trips to some great destinations,” commented F3 Executive Director, Mark Gintert. “Combine that with a couple of trips that we had left over and you have a terrific “Second Chance” opportunity to get a very nice Christmas Gift for that someone who is very hard to buy for,” added Gintert. The Future Fisherman Foundation continues its quest to train qualified trainers in its legendary program Hooked on Fishing, Not on Drugs.

Camp Boddie, located at 419 Boy Scout Rd. in Blounts Creek, N.C., will be the location of the Future Fisherman Foundation “Train the Trainers” seminar on December 15th and 16th 2012. Continue reading

Keeton Appointed to Future Fisherman Foundation Board

PONCA CITY, OK. (October 25, 2012) — Donnie Keeton of Warsaw, Ky. has accepted an appointment to serve on the Future Fisherman Foundation (F3) Board of Directors.

Mr. Keeton has been involved in The Bass Federation (TBF) for over 20 years, serving as the Kentucky State TBF President for more than 10 years. He also serves as treasurer on the TBF Executive Board of Directors. In addition to his duties as a board member, Mr. Keeton also will become the F3 Board Treasurer. Continue reading
